We are a local will writing and estate planning firm with one simple aim: to make sure the people you care about are looked after, without fuss or jargon.
Where we started
Anglian Will Writing was founded by Phil Taylor in Norwich in 2005. The idea was straightforward: give people clear, honest help with their wills and estate planning, in their own homes if they prefer, from someone local who takes the time to listen.
Today we are part of TW Partnership LLP and work through hand-picked local partners across East Anglia. That means you deal with someone who knows the area and can see you in person, backed by a wider team.
How we work
Every family is different, so we start by listening. We talk through your circumstances, your wishes and your worries, then explain the options in plain English and recommend only what you actually need.
When your documents are ready we hand deliver them for signing rather than putting them in the post. It gives us the chance to go through everything with you and make sure it is properly witnessed.

Our professional standards
We are members of The Society of Will Writers and are governed by the Society's Code of Practice. The Code sets out how members should advise clients, draft documents and handle their affairs, and it is there to protect you.
